The purpose of Animal Welfare Iceland (AWI) is to work towards improving animal welfare and ensuring that their rights are respected.

Objective

- Provide education and information on animal welfare.

- Actively participate in discussions about animal welfare issues.

- Collaborate with international animal welfare organizations.

- Encourage and establish regular collaboration between associations related to animal welfare with the aim of increasing the organizational power of those involved in the cause.
